It's being remolded now and it's very clean. Sapphire nursing home is terrible it smells like urine,the facility’s always dirty. On the first day that we visited dad there, the entire staff was on their good behavior. Firstly, they had to show their passports and once seated they enjoyed freshly cooked fish & chip’s wrapped in paper.
